STEPS FOR ORDERING RUNNERS:
STEP 1. COLOUR
From the drop down box under Available Options please choose your desired colour by clicking on your choice. If you are ordering several different colours you will need to go through this procedure for each colour choice, adding cut lengths and total quantity and then clicking Add to Cart for each choice.

STEP 2. RUNNER CUT LENGTHS
Please advise us of how you would like your runner to be cut for your event by typing this information into the "Runner Cut Lengths" text box. This information enables us to process your order sooner.
For example you may type the following request into the text box:
10m in total
Cut into 2 x 5m lengths

PLEASE NOTE:
- If you don’t advise us of any cut length preference at the time of ordering, your order will be cut in our standard 1m lengths.

- We always cut in lengths and do not sell our runners by the roll. We have maximum continuous lengths available for our Ribbon Runners, this is as follows:
Our maximum single continuous length available is 20m

- All runners are sold by the whole metre. So if for example you have 12 tables and want to have your runners cut at 1.3m lengths, you would type "12 x 1.3m lengths" into the Runner Cut Lengths text box. This means you require 15.6m of runner in total but as we sell by the whole metre, you would need to order 16m of runner in total to enable us to cut to these lengths as we sell per whole metre only. You would enter 16 in the Quantity Box and then Add to Cart.
Once you work out how you would like your runners to be cut, if you are over the whole metre by any amount you will need to order the next whole metre up ie 12.4m would be ordered as 13m total and entered as 13 in the Quantity Box. 
Any extra amounts will be sent with your order and can be used for decorating.

STEP 3. QUANTITY BOX
Please enter the total quantity of runner that you wish to order into the "Quantity" box.
If you have entered "5 x 2m lengths" in the Runner Cut Length text box then you will be ordering 10m in total of Ribbon Runner. This is entered as 10, a numerical figure only and you do not need to enter "m" or "metres".
Please enter your total order requirement in the Quantity Box. Only leave this figure as 1 if you are ordering a 1m sample of this runner.

STEP 4. ADD TO CART
Click the Add to Cart button and your order will proceed to the next step where you can check postage costs (by entering your postcode) and then proceed to the checkout area to complete and confirm your order.

Information:
- We have no minimum orders so you can order 1m of Ribbon Runner as a sample to check the colour, just follow the prodecures listed above. 
- All runners are cut, rolled and packaged securely for despatch to you. We recommend that you keep them rolled until just prior to your event.
- Order processing can take from 1-5 days plus postal delivery time to your destination. If you have an urgent order feel free to email us your requirements to check availability and time frames prior to completing your order.
