  1. How Do I Make a Purchase?


    Simply navigate to the Only Weddings product you are interested in purchasing. If there is an option for color or for cut lengths please enter the information in the drop down box or the text box. Then simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the Quantity box and then click on Add to Cart. 

    Once you click on Add to Cart you will be directed to another page that will allow you to check the postage costs and options that we have available by simply entering your postcode.

    You may continue shopping or checkout using the buttons found on your shopping cart page. Once you decide to check out, you will be prompted to provide some details that we will need to confirm your postage cost and a total cost for your purchase will be provided. All personal details provided will be held and used exclusively by Only Weddings to confirm your delivery details and to forward further correspondence to you.

     





  2. What is the Minimum Order Quantity?


    Only Weddings do not have a minimum order requirement for any of our products. This means that you are welcome to place an order for any quantity of your desired product. This allows you to purchase a single product or a metre of table runner so that you may be able to see a product prior to making a large purchase.





  3. What Are My Payment Options?


    Only Weddings accepts credit card payments which are made via Paypal. We also accept money orders and direct deposit payments.

    If you are paying by money order or direct deposit payments will take approximately 2 to 5 business days to clear in our bank after we have received payment before we can process your order.





  4. What is the Currency For All Prices on Your Site?


    All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. For overseas visitors you can contact us via email with your product requirements and we will provide a total cost including postage in AUD and converted into your local currency at the time of quoting.





  5. Can I order via Telephone?


    All standard orders can be placed over the telephone on 0433 186 775 or 0433 312 298 during our normal business hours Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Alternatively you can email us on info@onlyweddings.com.au





  6. Do You Accept Last Minute Orders?


    We understand wedding planning is stressful enough so last minute orders are not a problem! If by chance, you forgot to place an order with adequate lead time, we are happy to help.

    In special circumstances we are able to ship within 24 to 72 hours once payment has been received. Our postage delivery methods are listed on the site when you choose your products.

    Please contact us before placing a rush order to make sure that we are able to accomodate your request. You can reach us via info@onlyweddings.com.au or telephone 0433 186 775 or 0433 312 298. We will endeavour to do our best to meet your request.





  7. Is Ordering Online Secure?

    Only Weddings assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website only asks you to provide personal contact details that will be used for the dispatch of your order as well as future communication regarding your order. We do not take any credit card details but use the services of Paypal which provides a secure environment for all credit card transactions.





  8. Can I Order a Sample?


    We work hard to furnish our store with exceptional product images, but we understand that you may still wish to request product samples. All items can be purchased individually through the product pages. We will be able to process your sample order via the telephone or email. You will be charged the unit price plus shipping.

    We Can Not Send Samples of the Following:

    • Items which are sold in sets can only be purchased as a set. We cannot break up sets to send samples.
    • Personalized items, including items with personalized tags. We cannot personalize a single tag as a sample. However, if you wish to see a random sample, in some instances we may be able to provide it to you if we have overstock from a prior order available.
    • International Orders due to the high shipping cost of packages overseas, we do not offer samples of items internationally.

     





  9. Do You Have a Print Catalogue?

    The Only Weddings website is continually evolving and changing, therefore we do not offer a print catalogue. We continually add new products and update our site regularly. Our website www.onlyweddings.com.au is our catalogue.





  10. What is Only Weddings Product Availability?

    We carry many of the products featured on our website. On occasion, products may be out of stock and on re-order. We notify you if this is the case and will advise how long the delay is likely to be. We make every effort to keep items in stock, however, some items may go out of stock for short periods of time.





  11. Will I Receive an Email Confirmation?


    Once your order is processed and has been shipped from our warehouse Only Weddings will send you an email advising you of the despatch date.
